Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Primelords account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is final: your progress, units, heroes, items, realms and any remaining in-game currency are lost and cannot be restored.

How to ask

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Primelords account".
2. Tell us the player name you use in the game, and your player id if the game shows it to you. If you linked Google Play Games or Apple, say so; it helps us find the right account.
3. We may reply to confirm it is really you, for example by asking you to send the request from the device the game is installed on.

What happens

• We delete your account and your game data within 30 days of your request: the player account at Microsoft PlayFab, any linked Google Play Games or Apple identifier, and your wallet, items, units, heroes, realms, progress and chosen names on our servers.
• Gameplay statistics that named your player are detached from you; only aggregated numbers that cannot identify you remain.
• Purchase records are kept for as long as the store's refund and dispute rules require, in a form that no longer names your player.
• We confirm by email when it is done.

Not sure yet?

If you only want to stop playing, you can simply uninstall the game. Your account stays in place and your progress is restored if you reinstall on the same device or sign in with a linked Google Play Games or Apple account. Deletion is only needed if you want your data removed.
