Who we are
Primelords is made and operated by Online Factory Kft. ("Online Factory", "we"), Mogyoródi út 14A, 2141 Csömör, Hungary. We are the data controller for the data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why

Player-chosen names are checked against a word filter and may be visible to other players in multiplayer features. Real-money purchases are currently switched off; this policy will be updated before they go live.
What we do not do
The game and this website show no advertising and use no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers. We do not sell your data. If we ever add advertising or third-party analytics, we will update this policy first.
Who processes the data
- Microsoft PlayFab: sign-in and account linking.
- Microsoft Azure: our game servers and databases.
- Cloudflare: delivery of this website and game downloads.
- Google Play and Apple App Store: app distribution and, when enabled, purchase receipts.
- Google Play Games and Apple: only if you choose to link your account.
These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards, including the EU standard contractual clauses where they apply.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data: as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request (see below).
- Raw gameplay events: 90 days, after which only aggregated statistics remain, which do not identify you.
- Purchase records: as long as the store's refund and dispute rules require, in a form that no longer names your player after deletion.
- Support emails: until your request is settled, then no longer than needed to show we handled it.
Fair play and moderation
We may filter or reset a name that breaks our rules and may suspend or ban an account that cheats or abuses other players. Ban decisions are made by us, not automatically by a third party.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. Deleting your account removes your progress and cannot be undone; see account deletion.
Children
Primelords is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Material changes are also announced in the game.
